How to post image in message forum and not attached

Hello,
I would like to use forum of Redmine to show somes informations.
I'd would be perfect if I could directly post in a subject an image, but not attached, but directly in the message.

Today I have to upload the image on a server I think to do it with the option "! !"

Do you knowif there is an other option ?

We have a 3.4.4 version and we can drop an image into the text area and automatically adds the "!!" marks.
In 4.1.0 you can also paste an image from the clipboard.
