logging into localhost/redmine but redmine index page shows up

ive been installing redmine and following youtube video online and i believe ive followed all the steps but keep getting the redmine index page when i try to log on using firefox. here is the screenshot of it. Installing this for a school project and ive been having trouble trying to figure out my error if anyone can help thank you.

Hello Carlos, first of all, what environmet are you using to run redmine? linux with apache and mysql?
If so, you should share your virtualhost .conf file.
