Auto email reply with auto ticket id

Hello All,
I am a new member in the forum and a new user of redmine, I would like to set up an outlook email address like support@something.com to automatically reply to my customers incoming email to this adress with a message and an automated generated tikect id using redmine as ticketing tool, can someone please help me?
The sample message can be like:
Dear Sender,
We have received your email and a member of the team will process your request #automated_generated_number as soon as possible.
As soon as this incident has been resolved, you will be notified by email.
Please include the ticket reference: #automated_generated_number in the subject line of any new correspondence relating to this incident.

Hi Antonie,
welcome to the Redmine community. Always great to meet new people. :-)
A helpdesk functionality like you describe it isn't built into stock Redmine, but there are some plugins which you can install for this purpose.
E.g. this may serve your needs: https://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_helpdesk
I haven't tried it myself, but it's a quite popular one.
