Installing Plugins Broke webUI

Hi,

I recently tried to install redmine_2fa and it's dependencies (as per their documentation) but somehow managed to break the webUI (see attached image).

I then tried to remove the plugins (as per the redmine documentation) but this didn't revert the issue.

Attached is also my apache error.log

I tried running script/about but it does exist.

root@redmine .../www/redmine# script/about
-bash: script/about: No such file or directory

Let me know if I can provide anymore information.

I should add, I have tried to search for answers, but I am very new to redmine, apache, ruby and phusion passenger, and couldn't find any specific information on this issue.
