Redmine Checklists isn`t active

Hi All!

My Checklists 3.1.19 Plugin isnt working, but I can see it in redmine modules tab. I can see it while task creation and I can tick it and write a name, but button "+" is inactive and there is no checklists section after the task is created.

I had no errors while setup. My setup method is following:

I have following redmine system:

Environment:
Redmine version 3.4.4.stable
Ruby version 2.5.1-p57 (2018-03-29) [x86_64-linux-gnu]
Rails version 4.2.10
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
SCM:
Git 2.17.1
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
redmine_checklists 3.1.19

Could anybody help me with this feature?

Log in as Administrator, navigate Administration -> Roles and permissions -> Issue tracking and check the fields for a role and grant necessary Checklist permissions to required roles.
