Please HELP 500 Internal Server Error

Hello everyone.
And thanks for any information
My problem is that on my redmine there are additional help desk modules and a contact module.
I get an error 500 when you answer a request.

There is an error in the logs

App 2632 output: Scoped order is ignored, it's forced to be batch order.
App 2632 output: Completed 500 Internal Server Error in 421ms (ActiveRecord: 164.4ms)
App 2632 output:
App 2632 output: ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid (Mysql2::Error: MySQL client is not connected: ROLLBACK):

Environment:
Redmine version 4.1.5.stable
Ruby version 2.3.8-p459 (2018-10-18) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 5.2.6
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Mailer queue ActiveJob::QueueAdapters::AsyncAdapter
Mailer delivery smtp
SCM:
Subversion 1.9.7
Git 2.17.1
Filesystem
Redmine plugins:
redmine_agile 1.6.2
redmine_contacts 4.3.4
redmine_contacts_helpdesk 4.1.12

Settings for the database of rules for recommendations on other forums, this did not bring a positive result.
