How to associate 1 contact with several projects

Hello Redmine allows you to create a contact list. I want to associate 1 contact with several projects. Is this possible and how to do it?

Hi contact is not a Vanilla Redmine entity.
May be that you are talking about a plugin. In this case you should provide context information (for example by Administration -> Info) otherwise no one will be able to help you.

According to the CRM plugin documentation, you can add a contact to multiple projects by following these steps:

  • Go to the contact’s view page.
  • On the right sidebar, you will see their project listed.
  • Click on Add and choose a project.

You can repeat this process for as many projects as you want to associate with the contact.
