Automatic mail when creating a ticket

Hello everyone,
I have a question about the email that is automatically created in the ticket system. Is it possible to use a variable from the ticket creator to use the name in the automatically sent email?
If this is possible, how does it work? I have tried a lot but so far without success. Thank you very much for your support.
