Requesting everyone's help regarding the Redmine component

The dropdown component has a bug.
The specific situation is to click the dropdown button, and the content inside the dropdown box will pop up and disappear instantly.
This makes it difficult for me to choose anything who can help me thanks

More information is required.
Is this an original Redmine field (similar as assignee, due date, etc.), is it possible to be a custom field (what type/format?), or maybe part of some third-party plugin? Sharing the full system information (in administration - information) could be very useful too.

The issue should also be checked in web browser console, probably some library is missing.
