Hello,

We just upgraded our Redmine instance to 5.1.5 from 5.0.5 and we noticed that the Korean characters are garbled, shown like this ģ���ϴ� ������, when emails are ingested to the project. We noticed that in 5.1.5 the Preferred part of multipart (HTML) emails is Text. Even if we changed it to HTML in the Admin UI, it does not work.

This issue is happening only for Korean characters so far. The Japanese characters are rendered correctly.

Can anyone help us with this issue?
