forum email notification does not work

I am using redmine to manager projects in my R&D team.
It is great software and very powerful.

However, I am now suffering from lack of email notification of forum messages.

My redmine is: Redmine 0.8.3.stable (MySQL)
I have checked all the items include "Message added" of "Email notification" in Adninistration setting.
But forum email notification still does not work for me?

It is a bug or just because I miss to check some settings?

Please help. Thank in advanced.

Yup, I have the same problem. Must be a bug. Pls log one after searching to see if there isnt one already.
