Newbie with some question

Hi,

i have installed Redmine and i am really happy with this tool. Now i have some question:

1) It's possible to configure which column were displayed in the view of the tickets?

2) It's possible to configure a ticket with a task that is repeatable. For example: Every 3 month this work is to carry out

3) Exists a plugin that sends a email when the due date is coming and the task is not yet done?

Administration - Settings -Issue Tracking -Default columns displayed on the issue list

3) Exists a plugin that sends a email when the due date is coming and the task is not yet done?
