Problem with every submit after upgrading to trunk 0.8.5

After upgrading via SVN to the newest trunk 0.8.5 (r2903), I can't login or (on other browser where I was already logged) cannot logout. I can browse every page, but anytime I want to "save" something I got the same Internal error. I have 2 plugins installed: Timesheet and Backlogs. I removed both completely from disc but the problem still exist. I also tried to revert to r2887 (working with Rails 2.3.4), didnt help neither. Please help.

Problem solved - Rails 2.3.4 need at least Passenger 2.2 to work (I had 2.0.6)
