How to assign a issue to multiple users.

If that is not posible please anyone knows a way to solve this.

You can't. Maybe you can use the observators list or write a plugin :-)

There was a big discussion about this, I think the answer for now was that you assign the issue to the user in charge of the issue even if others work on it. Otherwise who will be entitled to change the status?
And then there is the observator list.
