where the page HowTo_Use_Hooks going?

Thanks for reporting this! I've made some changes to the Redmine Wiki last week and hadn't completed them fully yet... :-)

I've:

fixed the links (and resorted them) to both the Hooks and the Hooks List pages on the Developer_Guide page, section plugin development
added a redirection from the old HowTo_Use_Hooks page to the new Hooks page

I hope this hasn't caused too many trouble for you... ;)
