Redmine

Hello, I'm trying to set the plugin Whining, but I can't get it working. I've configured the plugin and cron, and I receive correctly emails from cron that inform me that Whining has been executed without problems. But nobody receives emails from Whining. What could it be? Is there a way to understand where the problem could be? Had anyone faced the same problem? Very thanks!
