Plugin for management feature requirements

Hi.

Is there any plugin I can use for entering new feature requirements?

I mean, we use tickets as features, but the today's form does not allow a strict separation to:
  • description
  • requirements
  • implementation details
    And so on.

So I wonder if there any plugin that already handles this, or any way to do it in Redmine?

You can't setup custom fields for this?
