Project Avatars & Better Listing Plugin Required (Will Pay!)

Hi,
We are about to implement Redmine in our organization as a front end for sharing open source projects. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask for this but we are looking for plugin developers who can implement the following:

1) Project Avatars: Custom images for each project that will appear in the top bar to the left of project name and in the project list on homepage/projects page. Something like: https://launchpad.net/ & https://launchpad.net/bzr

2) A better projects page: Working on the implementation above, a better projects page which lists each project in a three-four column list with the avatars to their left. An example on this is at: http://www.xobni.com/gadgets/

This is a paid project and we are willing to pay better than market rates for quality implementation. Please email me at or let me know here if you have any questions.
