Ultraviolet and Windows

Is there any way to install this plugin on Windows 2008 R2 server. In my company we are using M$ software and i had to deploy Redmine on Windows, but i'd really like to use Ultraviolet. How can i do that?

I've installed missing gems, but right now i've problem with rake. I'm trying to run "rake db:migrate_plugins RAILS_ENV=production" and I've got:

RubyGem version error: oniguruma(1.1.0 not >=0)

I'm new to Ruby, Rails etc. I installed oniguruma 1.1.0 mswin32, because i can't install and build it on windows... But it seems to not recognize my oniguruma version. How can i deal with it?

I installed x86 but srever is x64, could it be a cause?
