Does this plugin control who have access to repositories?

No, this plugin only for changing password for svn user like a redmine user.

Yes, I understand...

I wonder if there is a way to apply Subversion access rules in Redmine.
It is possible now people who don't have to see the repositories and are excluded in Subversion authorization files, to see the repositories via Redmine.

It seems that is not applicable in every place and case: it is possible SVN repo to be on one server while Redmine to another. Redmine should have access to the Subversion authorization files... which is not always true.
