Issue while upgrade to new version

Hi Team
I have upgraded the redmine from version 1.3.1 to 2.2.4.For testing the installation by running WEBrick web server. I got an error like this:

The Google Apps plugin isn't listed as being compatible with redmine 2.x:
http://www.redmine.org/plugins/google_apps
Try removing this plugin.
