Local avatars

Hello,

is there a local avatars plugin working with redmine 2.3.x?

Tried out http://www.redmine.org/plugins/redmine_local_avatars and https://github.com/planio-gmbh/redmine_local_avatars but it seems both do not work with current version.

Also this version works with 2.3 https://github.com/ncoders/redmine_local_avatars

The lack of local avatars plugin that it does not resize images.
