List of installed plugins invisible on the web interface

First of all, i’m sorry for my probable mistakes in English.
I have a problem with the installation of plugins in my Redmine server. I follow the instructions given by [http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Plugins], but I see no plugins enabled on the web interface, in Administration/Plugins, when I restart the server.
However, when I run the script /script/about, I see the list of plugins that I tried to install. The result of this command is the screenshot that I have attached to this message, with the environment and the version of Redmine that I use.
Has anyone ever had this kind of problem ?
Nobody has ever had this problem ?
