embedded plugin - embed swf movie

hi im trying to embed a usability video using the embedded plugin. Not sure what my problem is but i keep getting a white page, where the content should be and a server 500 error. I am just using object tags to in the HTML file for the video.

Anyone know if it is even possible to do what i am doing?
