My Widgets plugin

Hey folks, I've started another plugin here to add functionality to the "My page" page. At the moment, there's only one additional widget (custom queries and their respective issue counts), but we can easily add more, yeah?

Forked. I have a few ideas I'd like to add. Perhaps I might even find some time to add some tests for the widgets.

Cool, just note http://www.redmine.org/issues/show/2840#note-5. Seems that plugin widgets can't get appear in the left or right column. If you could reproduce that on your side, that'd be great.
