For timesheet approval, can we approve timesheet for each issue?
Now we have some developers working on different projects which are managed by different project managers. We want each project manager can approve timesheet for tasks belong to his project only. Can we do that?

This is the known issue. We have to modify the design for multiple project approval.
Currently, We are not have the plan to do this.
We will do this in the future release.
