Graphs locales are not read in "alternate" theme.

see attached file. The CSS embeds only the variable name, not it's value as given in the locales file.

Hi Michael,
I've had the same issue, the following procedure makes the localization work :
  • copy language files (in plugin_name/config/locales) to plugin_name/lang
  • edit each language file and remove the first line (for instance en:)
  • (re)run a rake db:migrate_plugins command in the redmine root directory
