Add a new column in Redmine issue SLA plugin.
Added by Jordan Santos about 5 years ago
Hi there,
I'm new on this platform and I want to ask a question related to the Redmine issue sla plugin that I found available on the github site, created by Ricardo Santos. This plugin, at first, works from a column with times in hours set for the SLA and one of priorities, but in our company we need to add one more column, which is to tasks, resulting in a layout like this for example.
Tasks/Priority | LOW PRIORITY | NORMAL PRIORITY | HIGH PRIORITY |
---|---|---|---|
TASK 1 | 60 minutes | 40 minutes | 20 minutes |
TASK 2 | 3 hours | 2 hours | 1 hours |
So, is it possible to do this issue? Add the tasks column so that the SLA configuration is more specific? How do it?
Thanks,

Jordan,
I share with you this improvement on Ricardo Santos plugin.
With this you can measure the first response time, in my case until you assign the issue. After that you can measure the total time of the issue life, until you close.

Hi Sebastian,
I try to use your plugin. A good idea, but it is a not working in real life.
If you can update this plugin and make it very useful, I can help with to write how it should be work.
