Update of Redcase done for Redmine v4.x

if needed for someone, I've forked the test management plugin Redcase (version modified by dermitdemwolf) to fix an issue and add some explanations in the README.

Ok with Redmine 4.2

Hi,

We're using Redmine 5.1.5 and tried to install this Redcase plugin and got the following error. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
