Issue in porting a plugin to 5.x

Hi,

I am trying to port a plugin to 5.x although I am totally new to rails/ruby.

I encountered an error:

LoadError: cannot load such file -- mime/types (LoadError)

I tried to gem install mime and restarted, but the issue was still there.

Unfortunately, since detailed information (e.g. which plugin) is missing, I can only guess that the plugin is not compatible with Redmine V5.x
