Announcing the release of Global Filter plugin!

This plugin is built to display a list of "global" filters on your Redmine homepage, for easy access to issues that satisfy the filters across your projects.

The plugin can be downloaded from github @: http://github.com/kumudhachari/Global-Filter-Redmine-Plugin

Update! The project name has changed in GitHub. The earlier hyphenated project name was causing errors when git cloned into the plugin directory. The project is now available at http://github.com/kumudhachari/global_filter_redmine_plugin/tree/master. Also Krzysztof Szalast has been kind ( big thank you! :) ) to share a patch he made to make the plugin compatible with Redmine 0.8.4 (stable). This has been incorporated into the plugin and it works as before for Redmine trunk. I have not verified this patch against Redmine stable but will take Krzysztof's word for it! :)

Forgot to mention, you'll need to update any .git/config's to point to the plugin's new name if you have local copies of your repo.

Attached working for 1.4.x that requires route.
Tested for 1.4.2 and 1.4.4.
