gantt chart filtering

Hi.
Gantt chart is used for reporting and it will be very useful to build Gantt for developer without subprojects where this developer has no issues and without versions where this developer has no issues. Sometimes it will be useful to build chart without closed versions or even without versions at all.

All problems I said in http://www.redmine.org/issues/7456#note-9 seems to be solved
Thank you for great patch. I'll apply it in production redmine install soon
