Where is the Redcloth extension/rule that defines linking to code revisions?

If you use

r1234

to refer to revision 1234 in Redmine, it automatically links to that Redmine revision page. eg r1234

This isn't a standard RedCloth filter - so where is it located? I can't find it anywhere in the code.
