can you please publish all news related to REST API?

One of the users has reported that Redmine Java API can't load Issues anymore. I looked at the data returned by
/issues/1.xml?include=relations
and I see that the data format has changed recently. It's great that REST API is improving, but could you please publish all REST API changes in the "news" section on redmine.org website, please?
many people are using the REST API now and it would be nice to notify them about all those changes...
