version 2.3.x and 2.2.x

Hi,

I have a database dump of the version 2.2.2. Is it possible to use it with redmine 2.3.x ? Is it the same database architecture or database tables have been modified ?

They have been modified, you have to run database migration script as described in RedmineUpgrade before you can use it with 2.3.
