Russian language wrong date format

Hi developers! This is my first note, so be patient to me please). There is one little problem with date. When you read list of notes at redmine notes desk you see label to note "2 hours ago" or "15 hours ago" for example. In russian language there is several simple rules of date format, and labels should look like "2 часа назад" or "15 часов назад", but they written like this "2 часа назад", "15 часа назад".. Same situation with days.. Thank you for redmine)
