SLA Time interval notifications via email

Hey,
I need the email notification functionality for my Redmine system after a given time interval, eg 30% 50% 60% SLA.
Email will be a notification escalating to more important people.

Is there any ready solution?
If not, how do you propose to create it?

Hello,
I don't remember seeing a plugin doing this but it seems fairly simple, that should not be too long to implement.
