Photo upload from camera for Redmine issues

Looking for someone to create a plugin that will allow our technicians in the field to easily add a photo taken from a camera whilst on site and add it to an issue.

Desirable, but not mandatory feature would be to be able to zoom / crop / mark up the image prior to upload. I'd expect this functionality to be implemented using an existing library.

Isn't it enough that you have the option to add photos to the issues?

Regarding the desirable functionality of zooming, cropping and marking the image, part of this work, we have done it in a similar way with the API of https://cloudinary.com/
