Current workflow is made of:
writer role, trakcer, current issue, new status allowed
Additionaly, I want to mix up with 'new assignee roles allowd'.
For example, some role change issue status wich is allowed.
When some role change assignee, only user who is in allowed assignee role can select.
If you are in 'resolved' status, you can assign it to 'Tester' role.
