Redmine

In order to be able to use Redmine for rapidly-incoming todos, rather than being forced to find the project before getting started in beginning writing up an issue, it would be handy to be able to create a new todo at the global level, paste in description info quickly while it is still fresh and THEN think of which project it belongs to to add in a pull-down.

The main (above-the-projects) Issues page would be the ideal place for such a button, though it might also be handy in other places.
