Hi.
This is my problem:
I create a new issue by REST API and I don't receive any email notification from Redmine.
My setup for email sending is: "for any events for all my projects".
In Redmine logs, the email destination address is empty.
My Redmine release is v1.3.0

I also noticed this, in 2.5.1. I'm creating a few redmine issues based on calendars using zapier, but no one gets notified.
