I'd like to request a 'email this issue' function.

To quickly explain, right now on our system, we allow users to submit issues via email, but if they don't have an existing account, then it comes in as Anonymous (which is just fine). However, so that they can get a confirmation (or to get an update) and for them to be able to add comments via email, it would be great if I could just email the issue through Redmine so that the subject line is properly formatted instead of having to manually craft one every time.
