In earlier version renaming of standard titles defined in yml files was possible. I simply created a plugin that redefined parameters of redmine core's yml-files. This way the titles changed throughout the whole Redmine.
Can't I do this in version 2.0? If I change a core parameter in yml file, the new parameter is not used. The parameter in core's yml file has higher priority.
How can I change standard titles without changing the core files?

You can override messages with plugins' config/locales/*.yml files.
