I need a facility to search Issue by its ID.

I need a facility to search Issue by its ID.
also when make an issue related to another issue and typing in its ID the system should display the entered issue subject

- Status changed from New to Closed
- Priority changed from Urgent to Normal
- Resolution set to Invalid
Simply type the id into the Search box located in the upper right side of the screen and type enter.
