Description
While I agree with the potential security issues addresses in #8729 (r6163), this has caused a major issue with in our group as our engineering teams share custom queries in wikis and email to allow others to see the same issue listing.
If a "Private" option were added to the custom queries section, this would allow those mentioned in #8729 to maintain the privacy of specific queries, but still allow other groups to share queries.
