Hello,
In our setup, we have ~200 projects1 somewhat hierarchically organized and I would like to set cross projects parent issues.
When I submit a "global" issue affecting several projects, I want to copy it to affected project and set the "global" one as parent issue.
This permit to track long term evolution issues step by step.
For now, I use links, the subissue blocks the parent one.
