Allow multiple default values for custom fields

Description

If there is a custom field named MyCustomField (List) with allowed values "A" and/or "B" (multiple values allowed), I want the possibility to set "A" and "B" as default.

Background: We enabled receiving mails in redmine (via rdm-mailhandler.rb) and I can't set MyCustomField (required) to multiple values via mail.
