The changesets fetching method in the wiki is not up-to-date with the latests versions.
Users must use
./script/rails runner "Repository.fetch_changesets" -e production
instead of
ruby script/runner "Repository.fetch_changesets" -e production
which is documented in RedmineRepositories.
