I have followed thishttp://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall step to install plugin in newly installed redmine .
I have simply installed redmine by following : http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineInstall
(I do not use passenger/mongrel)
please let me know how to restart redmine
