Description
I thinks a good feature are add a optional email to a group to reply the issues from this email.

For example if I have a support team and I assign a issue to this team, I need two features:
1 In historic must see that it has updated the group (not the member) or the member's name can be seen as well, but it is optional
2 The sender's e-mail will be the email address set for the group
